The Company was established in 1995, and registered as a PTY (Ltd) in 2014, with the objective of providing a comprehensive service with facilities and maintenance on all building related projects with professional advise and outstanding service.
We have since expanded our services and also provide a service to the Insurance Industry, that includes the assessment and loss adjusting of all building related claims.
At the time of the site inspection, we assess the damage as claimed. We prepare a quotation with a report and photographs on damage to insured property as per site meeting. We also report and note on our quotations, when damage as claimed is due to an insured peril and or maintenance related or as a result of poor workmanship. If required, we will also provide a report from a Civil Engineer to validate our assessment. Our quotation and report are also accompanied with photographs indicating the damage. With all of the above, we attempt on saving the Insurer on cost of claims. We also assist the Insurer with relevant documentation (reports/photographs), if needed to successful repudiate a claim if the damage is not related to an insured peril.

We also provide general renovations & building maintenance, for the day to day requirements of other companies & individuals.
