The Chevrah Kadisha is the community-s chosen representative to ensure that No Jew Gets Left Behind and that no Jew feels alone, especially in his/her darkest moments. For over 125 years, the Chev has grown, adapted and developed into the miracle it is today, assisting all Jews in need from cradle to coffin. The Chev concerns itself with the welfare needs of the community and attends to the poor, aged, sick and defenceless, who are fed, housed and treated.
