Kings Games was started by the Van Straaten family in 2014. We wanted to bring some old school fun into our house and also get the kids out into the garden more. Back to the way we grew up as kids.

With a love of Viking culture this became our logical way forward and the game of Kings Viking Chess was started.

After some months playing outside at braais or in the park, our friends convinced us to share these wonders with our South African friends - and Kings Games was born.
