Kinan was founded in 2009 renovating and maintaining the residential and commercial properties of its own, which formed the main business structure at the time.
Kinan main business was speculating in the property market. Buying, selling and renting out residential and commercial properties, so the services were founded for the need of maintaining such properties and delivering services at immediate timing when needed.
In 2014, Kinan started trading under the family trust entity and shifted its focus to rendering services to the Welkom and surrounding areas and recently in 2017 Kinan has opened its branch in Umzinto - KwazuluNatal delivering all skills and experiences to the public and local clients.
