TRAINING
Accredited Training of welders and Boilermakers up to coded level and trade-Test Level.

WELDER TRAINING
We are a practical training Centre focusing on strongly workplace skills - based learning in the following fields: Welding
Students are provided with a very unique blend of practical skills and theoretical knowledge which permits Students to perform exceptionally well as active members of the engineering team. Students are able to put into practice the theory they have learned while gaining valuable work experience. The challenging curriculum provides graduates with a foundation of welding process. Our Welder program contains hands-on projects which helps to ensure students are ready for work in the industry.

-Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW)

-Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW)

-Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW)

-Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) processes.

Training up to coded-level (Petro-chemical standard) in stainless steel and mild (carbon) steel

Courses include welding of:

i. Mild steel using E6013 and E7018 electrode, M.I.G (Co2) and T.I.G (Argon Arc)
ii. Stainless Steel using electrodes (Arc) and T.I.G (Argon-Arc)
iii. Cast Iron and Aluminum (Arc and T.I.G.)
