I am registered Counselor qualified to work with kids,teens and adults. I use various therapeutic techniques to find the underlying causes when it comes to behaviour. Negative behaviour is often an indication of a person's inner world being disrupted. My aim is to identify and work through challenges that may be making life more difficult. Once we identify these causes, I help the client find healthier ways to release emotions and coping mechanisms. This results in an overall better wellbeing, better decision-making and improved behaviour. I offer both online and in person counseling.
