Lize-Jeanne Coetzee Biokineticist practice specialises in Orthopaedic rehabilitation as well as in prevention of sports injuries and helps athletes to improve their sport performance. Our consultations include running analysis as well a posture analysis and a home program to follow together with rehabilitation sessions at the practice. We promote general health and assist our patients with weight loss programs where we also take body fat percentages to measure their progress. We also do help our patients with prevention and rehabilitation of chronic diseases. We also do rehabilitation in the water as well as Watsu, which is a specialised technique that we use in water. Pilates classes are also available.
