Doula
Doulas are extensively trained in the pregnancy issues, birth and newborn care. I will assist you in writing your birth plan, advice regarding your birth choices, assist with breastfeeding and caring for your new baby as well as post birth recovery. During delivery, doulas have the ability to provide you with confidence and comfort during labour, pain-relief techniques such as breathing techniques, relaxation techniques, massage, and labouring positions.
