The clinic delivers primary healthcare from 7:30 till 16:00, Mondays to Fridays. It is closed on holidays and weekends. For after hour emergencies the Laudium Community Health Centre (25 Bengal Street, Ladium ) must be used. It is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, telephone number 012 374 9900.
The reference hospitals for the clinic are first, Ladium Community Health Centre, then Pretoria West and then Kalafong hospitals.
Appointments must be made for family planning, chronic medicine and immunizations. Residents need an ID book and proof of their address if they want to visit the clinic. It is not the policy of Tshwane health care to send any patients away. They also look after foreigners. They must have a passport, work permit and also an address when they visit the clinic.
