A movement that aims to give poets the platform to express their thoughts, and at the same time re-igniting people's interest and passion in poetry. At Enlightened Core we aim to change the current landscape of poetry and the spoken word. Our mission is to empower people, especially our youth, to express themselves with freedom poetically and use their voices to send messages that will inspire and build others, that will make an impact in the lives of other people. In order for all of that to happen everyone should strive to be Enlightened at the Core and be driven by an inner force to make an impact.

Our catchphrase Enlighten. Create. Ignite is the backbone of Enlightened Core. Ours is a vision of taking poetry - written and spoken word - to greater heights. We say to you that in order to be enlightened, it must come from within. You must WANT to see change and BE change. You must want to see your VISION fulfilled in its entirety. You must want to see your PASSION realised. We therefore say:

Enlighten - Enlighten the mind by unlocking the potential within you.

Create - Create the vision you embody by taking it to new heights.

Ignite - Ignite the flame of passion to propel you forward and make your dreams a reality.
