Rey's is a REAL Gymnastics Club - registered with the Provincial Gymnastics Association and the SA Gymnastics Federation (SAGF) - (Affiliated with the Federation of International Gymnastics (FIG) which is based in Switzerland).

We specialize in mobile gymnastics for toddlers aged 3-5 years and also have 3 Halls with the bigger, no-longer-mobile apparatus for ages 6 and older. All toddlers receive their weekly lessons at their school where it is most convenient for all moms and dads :) For the older gymnasts, aged 6 and older, we have 3 Gymnastics halls (In Garsfontein, Lyttelton Manor and Oos Moot areas). There are different options available at the halls - 1 lesson per week OR 2 lessons per week, to suit every parent. It takes a lot of hard work to be able to learn all the tricks and skills of the trade (and to participate at competitions) - therefore, the more the better!
