The Studio is situated in tranquil surroundings with ample amount of parking and classes are conducted in a professional manner.

We have two BASI trained instructors and One of our Pilates instructors is a qualified Physiotherapist ensuring that thorough knowledge is given to all clients...those with and without pathology.
