-Karate for 5-7 yr old's called Little Ninjas
-Karate Beginners course for Children and Adults,
-Sport karate with the intention of entering our students into the 2020 Olympics,
-Self defense,
-Weapons training (nunchaku)
-Advance karate
-Kick Box Bootcamp, Tae Bo, or Cardio Karate for fitness, shaping up, and having fun.

We offer two free classes for any of our activities. We have a dojo (studio) in Rondebosch in the southern suburbs.
