In 1997, PFT invited Mr. Johan van der Walt from Eduland to join forces in developing a unique project to develop leadership with the focus on young leaders making a difference. During 2007, the management structure was changed and Partnership Foundation Trust is now the main sponsor and partly responsible for the resources, enabling an association incorporated under Section 21, namely the Partnership Foundation Leaders in Action (PFLIA) company, to implement and execute the vision of Partnership Foundation.
