Balloons are temporary items and can be affected by many things out of your and our control, including (but not limited to), Static, Rough Surfaces & Sharp Items. Please remember that once your balloons leave my shop (or are delivered to you) they are no longer the responsibility of this company & replacement (and any subsequent delivery costs) will be at your own expense.
