- We put our own money into the work we do for you. There are no administrative or registration fees; instead, an 12% collection fee is applied upon a successful recovery.
- We will close the file if, after 60 days, we have used all reasonable attempts to collect the funds.
- We will also make every effort to recover any costs or fees incurred on your instructions should you request the same. We are successful 65% of the time in doing so and returned it to you.
- We do not withhold your funds; you will either receive payment immediately or within 24 hours.
- We handle pre-legal collections to save you money on legal fees. If legal action is required after 60 days, we can recommend it.
