Ingwe Corporate Training is a privately owned company that was founded in 2003. The business serves a broad spectrum of customers, predominantly in the corporate arena. Ingwe Corporate Training is a BEE level 4 operator and is accredited with the Services Seta (SAQA decision no. 1994)

Our Specialisation
We are experts in course customisation and provide cost effective, individualised, on site and public training solutions. Our dynamic facilitators are qualified professionals who take an interest in the people who attend our courses.

Our Direction: Kaizen - Continuous Improvement
We believe that training is an important aspect of individual and company development. However, we are also aware that training without support and follow-up often does not have far-reaching, long-term effects. For these reasons we have developed a process whereby we support our customers and learners in implementing continuous improvement strategies.

Our Interventions: Encouraging Continuous Improvement
The presenters of Ingwe Corporate Training are not only experts in their fields; they are also deeply concerned with the progress of the learner. We encourage every learner to develop leadership skills and accountability to the company. We seek to make real changes to the workplace by encouraging continuous improvement through regular communication. To this end, we offer:
- To meet with management and provide feedback about issues raised during the
training sessions;
- Follow up facilitation sessions for a period of a year after the training intervention with the learners to ensure that continuous improvement is occurring;
- Team Building and Conference Events
- Online and telephonic support.

Our Programmes
Our practical, activity-based courses apply to real life workplace situations. The courses encourage interaction and delegates share ideas, experiences and laughter. Individuals who attend these courses are equipped to become dynamic and motivated professionals.
