The company is owned by Joy Donovan whose 40 years in the exhibition industry, as an organiser, stand builder, display producer, consultant and trainer has helped her understand exhibitor needs, from both sides of the aisle.

Joy Donovan is also heavily involved in skills development within the events industry. She was one of the first 9 in Africa, to gain an Hons. degree in Event Management and is a qualified skills facilitator, assessor and moderator. Joy was nominated by 4 event Associations to drive the development of professional recognition, a Professional Body and designations: CEC Certified Event Coordinators and CEM Certified Event Managers.

Recognising that everyone wants things NOW, Joy has started putting exhibitor training online, with the 'Exhibitor Instruction Manual', which is divided into 6 eBooks, so that people can put the whole manual or only the parts they need.
