Efficiencies in small and medium size organisations and how best to optimise current resources. Using the principle of adopting new business trends by measuring staff on outputs of key deliverables, playing to the strengths of the employees and elevating accountability, I decided that I could fulfill certain key roles in businesses in a strategic way which would provide flexibility to suit myself as an entrepreneur as well as small and medium sized businesses who do not wish to employ permanent staff to fulfill the service offering I can give them.
