At Thermolag we manufacture, fabricate, export and import a wide range of products.

These products are textile based materials. The products range from Fibreglass to Aramid to Silica to Ceramic to Treated Glass and lastly to Mineral Fibre.

Textiles in woven and non-woven form are well suited to rugged South African industrial conditions. This is indeed where thermal insulation and protection is required. Textiles can be easily shaped to suit the exact application for you, and offer great value.

These woven and non-woven textiles are constructed into woven cloths & tapes, twisted ropes, braided ropes and packings, ropelaggings, needlefelts and blankets, boards and papers.

Converted products (also known as Engineered Textile Products as they are specially designed for each application) have endless applications. Some of the main categories are flexible expansion joints, dynamic & static seals, insulation covers, protective screens & blankets, boiler sealing accessories, and high temperature protective wear. We have produced tens of thousands of different items since 1981.
