Our plant is newly setup and run by passionate staff who under go regular training to ensure we improve all our skills continuously.

Our belief is that pre-treatment is key to the quality of the final product. We use a six tank pre-treatment process - Degreaser, Rinse, Acid Descale, Rinse, Iron Phosphate and then finally a Rinse & Seal tank. Our three treatment tanks are heated for better performance and get checked regularly to ensure PH levels etc are kept at an optimum. Products are then dried and hand cleaned to ensure as cleaner surfaces as possible before applying powder.

With powder coating being a water hungry process and GX Coatings understanding the importance of our natural resources; we have installed rain water catchment tanks in order to save as much of this precious resource as possible.
