We strive to offer customer service that is not only the best, but legendary. In collaboration with a Financial Adviser this service includes pension claims at the Government Employee Pension Fund (GEPF).
Divorce claims:
The clean break principle has been incorporated into the GEPF. Former spouses (the non-member) of members contributing to the GEPF can now claim their share of the fund as stipulated in their divorce order and don-t have to wait until retirement, resignation or death.
Resignation:
Once you-ve resigned, your pension claim should be submitted through your Employer and/or HR. Should you-ve been waiting longer than 60days for payment, I can assist by following-up on your claim.
Death benefit claims:
In the case of a death benefit claim, the correct procedure should be followed and all required documents must be submitted. If payment has not been received within 90 days, I can assist by following-up and determine what the delay is.
Our service includes:
- The collection of all relevant documentation from the non-member
- Hand delivering all documentation to the GPAA in Pretoria
- Following-up on the claim process
- Giving feedback related to the process, the value of the claim and payment date
- Ensuring that the claim is finalized within the 60 day given period
We am situated but not limited to Johannesburg. We can assist people from all over the country (even overseas) to submit their claim.
